How does NexiBook work?

NexiBook is an all-in-one platform for bookings, payments, and online monetization, specifically designed for small studios. It offers Zoom-integrated calendar, advance payments via Stripe, video recording monetization, and subscription management.

How long does setup take?

Complete setup takes only 15-30 minutes. You'll need an active Stripe account, optional Zoom account for streaming, and your class and pricing list.

What are the costs?

Plans start at 99 RON/month for Founders Club, with 0% platform commission. Includes payments via Stripe, direct email support, and free configuration.

Zoom is an app for online video meetings: see, hear and share your screen.

  • Go to zoom.us/signup, create your account, confirm the email and set a password.
  • Download Zoom Workplace and install it.
  • Sign in with your email and password.
  • Test: visit zoom.us/test or check Settings → Video/Audio in the app.
  • Join a meeting: Join + Meeting ID or use the link. Browser option: zoom.us/join.
  • Start a meeting: New Meeting → Invite → Copy Link and share it.
  • Schedule: Schedule → pick date/time → Save.

Mini guide: Stripe account in Romania

  • Visit stripe.com → Start now / Sign up; create account and confirm email.
  • Enable two‑step authentication: Dashboard → Personal details → Two‑step authentication (SMS or app).
  • Click Activate payments (Activate account) and complete: Country = Romania; entity type (Individual / Sole trader / LLC), name and address, what you sell (site or short description), customer support details (email/phone), then IBAN.
  • Verify identity: ID document and sometimes a selfie — follow the prompts.
  • After verification, you can accept payments. Use Test mode for testing or Live for real payments.
  • No‑code start: Dashboard → Payment Links → New. Name, price, generate the link and share it with clients.
  • Common mistakes: name not matching the ID, wrong IBAN, missing contact data, trying to open an account for a minor.

ℹ️ Zoom requirements for recordings

To monetize Zoom recordings with NexiBook you need a Zoom Pro subscription (at least €15.99/month excl. VAT or €12.49/month billed annually). See Zoom pricing. LiveStream Pro publishes recordings with 1 click, but your Zoom account must have Zoom Pro active.

How do I connect Stripe?

The process is simple: enter the NexiBook dashboard, select "Integrations", click "Connect Stripe" and follow the authorization steps.

How do Zoom links work?

With the LiveStream Pro plan, links are generated automatically, reminders are sent to participants, and recordings are instantly available.

💰 Payments and Revenue

When do I receive money?

With Stripe: first payments are processed in 7 working days, subsequent payments in 2 working days. Complete transparency in the dashboard.

How do I monetize recordings?

Automatic 3-step process: live class recorded, recording available in library, set price (recommended 50-70% of live price).
